I have developed job aids for the various companies that I have worked for.

• At Football Fanatics, I led the creation of a Design Process Manual that included the steps from the warehouse to the photo studio, to graphics and then to online store. 
• While at A Media Marketing, I created another Design Process Manual, so that the next designer would be up to speed and ready to tackle any situation in Marketing Campaigns that could include Print, Social Media, Video Production, and Website Development. 
• At Bisk, part of my motivation to created tutorials came after listening to some of the frustrations of my fellow coworkers and thinking tutorials need to be made, so that we could tackle the challenges and get the ball rolling. 
• Currently, at RRD, I have continued to make tutorials to aid myself and my team in job projects, so that we can be more efficient with our time and continue to produce top notch presentations.
